As far as I can tell, these awards are a viewer popularity contest. So go and vote for her, and tell your friends to vote too. You sort of have to go through all the categories to cast a vote but it only takes a minute or so. Just pick Gigi where it counts, and pick Rescue Special Ops and her co-stars where you can't pick her.

They are mostly interested in votes from Ausralia though. At the end they will ask you for your postal code and a phone number, though I doubt they will call each number to verify it. So fans from other parts of the world may or may not be able to contribute (pick a valid postal code, and some random phone number with the right area code). Then again if they are smart they will look at the IP adresses and discard votes from other countries.
